返信削除信号が壊れてしまったのは雨と関係があるのでしょうか。
地下鉄との違いは、代替手段があるかどうか（信号だったら交通整理員を立てればいいから）、というところで手の抜き方を変えているのかもしれないなあと思います。

返信削除天候的にはサンパウロは特別、という話もあるけどね。でも、州の数だけ違いがあるみたいだから何とも言えないな(笑)
確証はないが、状況証拠的に雨が信号停止の原因としか考えられないんだよ、これが。
地下鉄との違いに関するその仮説は鋭い切り口かもしれない。トライ&エラーのサイクルが必然的に短くなるものに関しては上手くいくんだけど、そうでないものはとことん放置されるってのが真実かもしれない。
