Como fazer os pratos italianos

[Espaguete bolonhesa]

1. Heat the minced meat with oil.

2. Put in some canned tomato, laurel and minced garlic - these two additives are essential.

3. Boil the pasta.

4. Put them together on a dish.


[Salada verde italiano]

1. Cut some vegetables (Ex. Cabbage, italian tomatoes, etc).

2. Put them on a dish.

3. Put on some parmesan cheese (queijo parmesção).

4. Add vinegar of Barsamico.



It was not my original way to cook. I have to thank to my mother :P

Then, I am sure that with these recipes, restaurants in São Paulo will be much better than now!
